Vladimir V. Doronin graduated from the Tashkent State Electrotechnical Communication Institute in 1987 year (presently it is University of Information Technologies). Upon graduating the institute he worked in different enterprises of communication area. Before coming to the Company he held a post of Commercial Director of "UzSvyazSputnik" JRPV.

In BUZTON Company he is working since 2000, starting in the post of Manager of Marketing and Sales Department and then since 2003 in the position of Commercial Director. Vladimir Doronin is responsible for the Company's commercial activity, the BUZTON's regional structure development. He is responsible for marketing and sales matters, the Company's tariff policy forming and communications with corporative Clients.
