Rakhim A. Sharifov graduated from the Tashkent State Electrotechnical Communication Institute in 1987 (presently it is University of Information Technologies), the Leningrad Electrotechnical Communication Institute. He has a degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences. From 1994 to 1996 year he worked as a Deputy Director of Central Asia Telecommunications Educational Center. His scientific and professional experience includes more than 20 scientific works, participation in many republic, all-union and international conferences, seminars.

Since 1996 he works with BUZTON JV in the post of Technical Director. He is responsible for operation and network development process, working out and introduction new services, technical support of the projects.
