A Metropolitan Ethernet Network (MEN) via Gigabit Ethernet technology based on BUZTON supporting fiber-optic network in Tashkent was created by BUZTON JV. The MEN hubs are located on ATS-41; 44; 45; 53; 55; 56; 77; 131; 134; 137; 162; 167.

Motorola Canopy installation in Karshi and Andijan

By November 15, 2005 BUZTON JV is going to finish testing the Motorola Canopy wireless wideband data transmission fixed system and put it in commercial operation in Karshi and Andijan. Since July, 2005 the similar system has been successfully functioned in Samarkand.

VGW gate has been put into operation in Samarkand!

Effective from October, 19 the VGW gate (manufactured by Iskratel company) has been put into operation.
