A new dialing order for Russia and Kazakhstan is being introduced

Because of transferring to the new principle of reciprocation between Uzbekistan and Russia and Kazakhstan the new dialing order of 8 10 7 АВС ХХХХХХХ for Russia and Kazakhstan is being introduced since October 25 2006. The simultaneous using the existing and the new dialing orders remain in force up to December 1, 2006.
