BUZTON JV confirmed the Certificate of Conformity for TQM IS 9001:2000

In May 2006 the SGS Swiss company specialists, the world leader in the Total Quality Management certification sphere, conducted a supervision audit of the Total Quality Management (TQM) of BUZTON JV and approved its conformity to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000.

Exactly a year ago in May 2005 BUZTON JV became the first one among the wire communication operators within the Uzbek market who received the Certificate of Conformity to the ISO 9001:2000. So, a half-year preparation period of BUZTON JV to the Certification was successfully accomplished: personnel training, TQM documentation preparation, System creation and its monitoring in practice, making Internal Audits and other. During the year the TQM continued to develop and became the integral part of the whole BUZTON Management System.

Nowadays, having confirmed the Certificate of Conformity of TQM ISO 9001:2000 for the field of application of the “Development and Telecommunication Services Provision” and accreditation in «UKAS Quality Management», we can speak with confidence about even higher preparation level of the company when providing a complex range of the telecommunication services of exceptionally high quality and profound satisfaction of the clients!
