INTERNET ACCESS
Internet evolution started in 1969. Network has been developed by Advanced Researches Projects Agency (ARPA) under Department of Defense, in computation center of California University. The purpose of Network development was to support the information exchanging between the university scientists located in different parts of the world. At this, the information could be only textual. Since then Internet has been fundamentally changed. Technical potential and functional capabilities have extended and a number of users has increased many thousands times. And now people use Internet quite another ways.
INTERNET today - is a global network of data transmission, information exchange and even industry of entertainment. People use Internet for information retrieval, ordering and buying goods, making commercial deals and conducting marketing campaigns. Internet is also used for corresponding with business partners and friends and having a good spare time.
BUZTON JV offers its Clients a high-tech Internet access via constant "client - provider" connection with various guaranteed bit rates and data protocols support. This access method is the most favorable for organizations with more than 20 computers or organizations that have their proper resources requiring twenty-four-hour presence in Internet. The connection rate is limited only by capability of the equipment that provides "the last mile" ("client - provider" connection length).
More detailed about leasing the lines see at DATA TRANSMISSION - Dedicated channel for data transmission.

For today one of the mostly applicable ways is Frame Relay connection technology. Client gets twenty-four-hour Internet access on Frame Relay dedicated channel with various guaranteed bit rates right up to 2Mb/s. Appropriate data terminal equipment, e.g. router, is installed for porting peripheral equipment or client's internal network to the Internet access channel.
Digital channel from the Client's office to the BUZTON communication exchange is organized by special modems installation on the ends of the channel.
More detailed about Frame Relay see at DATA TRANSMISSION - Data transmission by Frame Relay.

A Metropolitan Ethernet Network (MEN) via Optical Ethernet technology was created by BUZTON JV. MEN is a multiservice network with batch commutation consisting of a great number of access hubs established by Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) и MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching) technologies. MEN holds a wide covering area in Tashkent - MEN hubs are situated in all Tashkent key ATS and large business-centers. On a base of this network BUZTON JV has an opportunity of rendering a unique service including a high quality voice services, a high speed data transmission services and Internet access services to Clients.
A high-speed data transmission and Internet access services on a base of MEN (farther MEN services) include:
- A "Virtual Personal LAN" (VP LAN).
The service consists of joining up 2 or more Customer's geographically distributed local networks to common data transmission network
- A "High speed Internet access"
The service consists of rendering the constant global Internet connection by MEN subnet directly from the Client's office to BUZTON Internet hub
MEN services are rendered on a base of overlay Metropolitan Ethernet Network created on BUZTON JV fiber-optic network by Optical Ethernet technology. The 10BaseT, 100BaseTX physical Ethernet interfaces are rendered to the MEN services users. A "High speed Internet access" service may be rendered as an additional service for "VP LAN" clients.
Access to MEN
Access to MEN means organization a dedicated communication line from BUZTON equipment to Client office.

The enhancement of information streams transmitted through the Internet by companies and individual user along with the requirement to organize a removal access to corporate networks have generated a requirement of creating inexpensive digital high-speed data transmission technologies within the most "narrow" point of digital network — subscriber telephone line.
BUZTON offers the DSL-technologies for resolving the identified problems allowing to greatly increase the data transmission rate via telephone cooper cable barring necessity to modernize subscriber telephone lines. The very capability of the existing telephone lines to be transformed into the high-speed data transmission channels is the main advantage of the DSL-technologies.
The DSL-technologies providing the voice, data and video signal transmission through the existing cable network consisting of twisted telephone pairs comprehensively convey the user's demands in high-speed transmission systems.
- DSL-technologies provide a high rate of data transmission. Different DSL-technologies versions accordingly provide different data transmission rates, but in any case this rate is much higher than the rate of the most high-speed analogous modem;
- DSL-technologies retain possibility to operate the ordinary telephone connection, in spite of the fact that these technologies use a subscriber telephone line for their performance;
- DSL-line always works. The connection is constantly operating and you do not need to dial the telephone number and wait for establishing the connection every time you want to connect any more. And you do not need to worry that an accidental disconnection may happen and you will lose the connection in the very moment when you are loading from the network the vitally important data. You will be receiving your e-mail at the moment of it's getting, but not at the moment when you decide to check it. In general, the line will be always operational and you - always on line!
DSL represents a number of different technologies capable to organize a digital subscriber line. BUZTON offers various solutions based on DSL-technology.

Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line. It is arranged by asymmetric scheme. The outgoing "up" data transmission rate (from the client) differs from the incoming "down" speed (to the client). This line is also known as a full-rate ADSL.
This technology is asymmetric, i.e. the rate of data transmission incoming from network to the user is significantly higher than the rate of data transmission outgoing from the user to network. Such asymmetry, in combination with the state of "constantly arranged connection" (when the necessity to dial a telephone number and wait for connection arrangement is eliminated), push the ADSL-technologies forward as a perfect means for Internet access, local networks (LAN) access, and others, organization. Under such connections operation users are usually receive a lot more information volume than they transmit.
ADSL technology provides for data transmission within such frequency range which remains non-used in standard telephone lines. ADSL modems transmit data by cooper cables with increasing frequencies 4 KHz. At that signals are compressed and coded by special algorithms. In addition to compressing and coding ADSL modems realize:
- Errors correction
- Operation control
- Routing
ADSL-technology provides a Client with possibility, subject to simple terminal equipment installation, to get a permanent access to Internet with various speed rates through use of the existing subscriber double-wire line under simultaneous independent work within telephone network.
For organization of high-speed digital channel the special terminal equipment, providing getting a number of communication services, is connected to the Client's phone line. At this, the phone number and its functionality remain unchanged. The advantages of this technology are simplicity and low prices of organization of high-speed digital channel, the alternative to which is only optical communication lines.

Single Digital Subscriber Line. SDSL technology provides the symmetric data transmission on the same rates that T1/E1 lines provide, but at this SDSL technology has 2 important distinctions. Firstly, only 1 twisted pair is used; and secondly, the maximal distance of transmission is limited by 3 km. For instance, within the mentioned distance the SDSL-technology exercises videoconferencing system operation when required to support the equal capacity of data transmission streams towards both directions.
BUZTON SDSL-technology may be applied both in business sphere and private sector that creates a great potential value to it. SDSL-technology may be used as installed line cards capable to transmit 2 channels of switched traffic through switching network. Any other solutions of high-speed access provision are applied through the process of taking out capabilities from dial-up network into fixed high-speed IP and ATM data transmission network. Moreover, SDSL-technology is compatible with architecture of digital subscriber line (DSLAM) access router and may be used as an application to the ADSL access technology. Within the SDSL- service framework a Client will get an access to all basic Internet services and may use the additional services.
This service is available at ATS — 134/135. The geography of this service rendering is expending.
